Share iPod Music to PC
Step 1 Download and install TunesGo on your computer. After installing, launch TunesGo.
Step 2 Connect iPod with computer. TunesGo will detect it automatically.

Method 2. Share iPod Music with iTunes Home Sharing
iTunes Home Sharing allows to share your favorite multimedia files between up to 5 authorized devices. In order to be used, the feature needs to be turned on every device using the same Apple ID. When enabled, all the available iTunes libraries will appear in the iTunes menu. Should look like this:
By using Home Sharing, you can easily stream videos and music between different authorized computers, as well as simply dragging it from one iTunes library to the other one. Automatic purchase import can also be enabled, allowing iTunes to share any new purchase within all the home libraries. In order to do it, just select the library, go to Settings (lower right of the window) and choose everything what you want to be copied.
Also, Home Sharing allows to play any iTunes files on your Apple devices (iPhone, iPod, iPad and Apple TV). To do that, you need to stream the chosen multimedia directly from your computer. Make sure that Home Sharing is turned on on every device and you are using the same Apple ID everywhere.
